Ann has several years of experience in various administrative capacities, both legal and managerial, on Martha’s Vineyard and in Washington, D.C., where she served as secretary to a former U.S. Senator and as administrative director of a national lobbying firm.

Paul became a paralegal in 1986 and has worked in that capacity for several law firms in Colorado, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. He joined Reynolds, Rappaport, Kaplan, and Hackney in 2012. Paul received his undergraduate degree from Saint Anselm College and a Graduate Certificate from the Denver Paralegal Institute. Paul has served as Vice Chair of the Island Housing Trust and as Chairman of the Town of Edgartown Personnel Board. He provides support to attorneys Cynthia Wansiewicz and Kathryn Ham.

Rachel has served the firm as a title examiner since 1997. She provides support for all the attorneys. Rachel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Beth joined the firm in 1997. She divides her time between conducting title research for all of the firm’s attorneys and providing paralegal support for Estate and Trust attorney Jennifer Rako. Prior to moving to the Vineyard and joining the firm, she worked in management at a large, national corporation.

Tricia began working for founding partner James Reynolds in 1985 and is the firm’s employee of longest standing. She now works with attorneys Fain Hackney and Sean Tinsley. Born on the Vineyard, she graduated from Fisher Junior College in Boston in 1985 and attended paralegal studies courses at Bentley College while working at the firm. She specializes in real estate matters.

Kim joined the firm in 2019 after many years as an independent bookkeeper for a variety of Islanders and businesses, and as a proofreader/copyeditor, including for The Martha’s Vineyard Times and Martha’s Vineyard Magazine. She received a Master of Science degree from the Tufts University School of Nutrition Science and Policy, where she studied global health and nutrition policy. Kim moved to the Vineyard in 1997, from Boston.
